Color, whiteness and brightness are characteristics that add value to paper, because besides improving its final appearance, they differentiate it for specific uses.
Mark's Spectra™ Line is based on a careful color study to develop products suitable for each customer and their end use, including:
- Dyes, which give the paper characteristic colour nuances;
- Matting, which acts by changing the original yellowish-white hue of the bleached pulp to bluish-white in the final product, resulting in the perception of a purer white;
- Optical brighteners, which increase the light reflection of white paper, and thus its brightness and whiteness, amplifying the sensation of white perceived by the human vision.
